MPS-Eng has been commissioned to plan a concept for touristic development "TEK Kurzras-Schnals" for a village in ski-region at about 2.000m o.s.l. near to Val Senales glacier. At the end of november project manager Arch.Moroder presented the first phase of the studies in front of municipal authorities, citizens and leading commercial entrepeneurs of Certosa:
Main goal is to develop a masterplan for the development of Certosa considering new real estate infrastructures such as a new hotel with approximately 550 new beds.
